I am craving for pancakes.

I woke up today craving for pancakes.
In fact, I had thought about pancakes yesterday, but I was not so interested as to really get into action. I wanted the kind of pancakes that I eat in the US and I know how to make crepes. So I also needed a recipe online.
Now I have the recipe and I persuaded Leticia to help me. So, in a small while, when she is finished with a chore, we´ll do it. Do you like pancakes? Do you make them from scratch?

@marguicha It is a flour mixture for biscuits and pancakes that comes in a box.

I love pancakes and my wife does make them fro scratch, partly whole wheat flower. We had apple pancakes last week from a recipe I found.
