24 hours awake

All right, so, I started the day with work from 6:00 to 14:00 at an outdoors place where construction and instalation are being made and the electricity company of israel has left expensive equipment there. Since the local elections of towns is today, no one works there, so there must be protection against thieves. I went back home, I wasn't able to fall asleep, the air is dry, I felt like staying awake...Now, I'm about to go to work again from 22:00 untill tommorow 6:00. I'm gonna be sorry for not sleeping, wish me luck because, if I fall asleep, I may get fired. :-( I need coffee. Your take mylotters, please tell me how to deal with staying awake? what do you think about it ? Have you ever been awak for 24 hours ?

Yes I awakened for 24 hours only to gossip with my relatives. The next day was very tired. U can take some coffee. Or chat with people. May be this will help u. But don't again awake for another 24 hours. It will be harmful for your health.

I usually get to sleep abou 4 and half hours between adjacent shifts. I practiced israeli folk dances a lot. It helped.

So far 1 hour and 50 minutes have passed. 6 hours and 10 minutes to go. I'm getting tired. I was smart enough to make coffee so it's time to drink coffee. I know it will help me. Do you have advice for me ?

Yes, it happened, a little more than 24 hours, we were exhausted when we finally went to sleep.

I feel that too. My heart pounded hard when I came back from the nightshift of yesterday. I needed to help my dad with some cleaning for my new apartment. It's time to say goodbye to my dad. Then, we had to fix a bed for my sister's baby so she can sleep at our house with her baby. I really hated her in my heart because I was so tired :-) my heart pounded hard.

@LadyDuck what was the thing that reqired you to stay awake 24 hours? Was it an emergency from your workplace? Was it any problem falling asleep?
