That is very true. It is scientifically proven that the colour green is soothing for the eyes. Furthermore, being immersed in nature and having fresh air can instantly make a person feel better.

This feeling in the greenery is really a very nice. It creates peace in our mind . To get some relaxation from our daily life this is the best place where you can be physically and mentally cool. Greenery is also helpful for our healthy life. Love the scenario.

Yes I agree with you, when I had a really bad they I have the luck that there is a park quite close to my house so I can go take a walk there and it really helps clearing my mind.
