Is my cat sick?

I'm really worried about my cat. When I gave him a chippy last night, he gagged and almost threw up, but nothing came out. Since then he has been making this fast chewing movement with his jaw. Im really worriex and i cant afford a vet right now. Any advise would be aopdeciated

@Pixilove Since you cannot afford a vet maybe you could check online to a vet line and ask your questions.

Update: he is eating again albeit very little, and he s mouth seems to have stopped doing that "chewing" movement. But he s meow is still diffrent. Will keep checking him.

@Pixilove Good idea to keep an eye on him. I am glad even though it is a little bit but he is eating.
