My Xbox one got problem ?

I got trouble about my xbox one , I have both Xbox One and Xbox One, both work well and no problem.However my original Xbox One got a terrible, loud sound, but for some reason it only happened when you upgraded the console or game, but never during gaming. And now, it's the same trouble as my Xbox, which still works perfectly, but when I update a game or console, it starts making a loud sound somelike birdsong only during a live phase? up to date? An update surely cant be putting more load on the system than hours and hours of gaming? I really looking forward an answer because it bothers me since I bought my first Xbox with Xbox membership from gvgmall( a year ago.. I have never found a clear answer as to why they make noise only during updates?
