Health Update Week 9

This was a rough week for me on my trials and tribulations for gaining weight. On Sunday, I gained 3100 calories, since I was at Denny's for my local National Novel Writing Month Kickoff Party. Yesterday it was roughly 2000 calories on the nose. For the rest of the week, I've averaged 2400-2600 calories per day. With no ice cream and french fries for my junk food vices, it was a bit hard to double up on servings and snack between meals.
I did have an issue with my scale this morning, except for having a low battery. But I did go back to it this afternoon and the scale read 109.6 calories for the week. I've gained 2.5 pounds, based sorely on Sunday's calorie count. I did text my brother--he said that it did sound good for him to keep eating more, and then we've seemed to fix the issue on my weight loss problem. He said that before I went on the scale again and nothing afterward. Since I'll see him next weekend for errands and two weeks from here, he'll take me out for lunch after I get my haircut.
Next my goal for this week is get to 110 pounds and gain another pound. I'm getting closer to my goal to get to 120 pounds as I hope to get to 115 pounds by Thanksgiving and 120 pounds by X-mas.
As for the gym yesterday, it was a bit dark and drizzly when I left the gym to go to water aerobics at the heated pools. We had a small class to do some exercising in the pool. And the sun came out yesterday morning. Autumn is officially here with leaves on the trees and on the ground.

Glad your brother is helping you out. I am sure many of us wish we needed to gain. My husband needs to gain. You have more to fall back on if you get sick if you can maintain a healthy weight.

Yeah he is. He's guiding me in the right direction. I hope he can do it. True. I do need to get my flu shot this month.

A gain is a good thing. You get to keep eating ice cream and french fries guilt free.
