I belong to Northern part of India. Food here is different to that of Southern part. Today, my cousins and I went to Andhra Bhawan, which is a eating place serving South Indian food. The food was really good and rich. We loved it totally. I had been here before with one of my friends. The experience here has been always delightful. I told my mother that we will also go with our family some day together.

I am a mix of UP and Rajasthan. Married in Jharkhand and now settled in Karnataka. I have so many friends from different parts of country and I have lived in few countries. So my kitchen is a functional one with different cuisines. South Indian food tops my favorite list and I cook Sambhar more than Dal.

It is the same in my native country. I was born in the North of Italy and our food is totally different from the south. You could not believe it, but in the north we do not eat Pizza.

@shubhu3 We can have a pizza time by time going to a Neapolitan Pizzeria, but it's not a common food in the North of Italy.

Here is the same. The food is quite different everywhere in China. For example, usually the food is light and fresh in the south. We eat more vegetables and rice. But it will be salty and spicy in the north. And they eat more noodles and meats.

I think that each region has its own specialty. It's good to know that you like the dish you have. Here, we also have different specialize dishes and if you go from place to place, it would be a delight to taste its unique flavors.

Yes that is right. And it explores our horizon in terms of food when we try different varieties of different places. It is mostly an amazing experience to have.

It is always good to broaden our horizons, in terms of food and other aspects of culture. Many people in Europe think of Indian cuisine as a single monolithic entity, without realising that the subcontinent is as big as Europe! I love all Indian food that I have tasted, but my favourite is the south Indian vegetarian cuisine I enjoyed in Karnataka. I make sambar two or three times a week for my family at home
