Baking.

I absolutely love baking! I love to try new recipes & sometimes take recipes that I have found.. But I'll change a few things, as well as add a few things of my own as well. I think my favorite thing to bake would have to be cookies though. I don't know every time I am baking cookies I feel like the house is almost filled with . . A sense of well-being or even peace. I don't know if it's just the smell of butter, vanilla, oats, or what. But I guess just home made cookies, mixed with a little love seem to go together. I as well do find baking to be a stress reliever. The only time I don't is when your trying to bake something but your finding the recipe to be difficult to follow. And I've only encountered that once or twice luckly!

I really love to cook dishes and bake cakes for my family and son but I dont know how and never had cooking and baking lessons before. Worst is I dont have time to attend these lessons because of my full time job now.

I like to bake, Not as much as I used too, but I still enjoy it.
