Today Is Feeling Like Winter Weather Almost

I was outside for a little while in order to cut some rose plants. It didn't take long for my hands to be almost frozen and kept dropping my pruner. So, no wonder to see that my time gardening was very short. Later on, I have to get the weekly recycling and composting. Have to go out before it gets dark. I hope that I will sleep again tonight.

Didn't you wear gloves? It wasn't so cold here, sunny, and I actually got a bit overheated raking the leaves.

@BarBaraPrz The problem is that I have "Raynaud's Syndrome" and my fingers are always cold. Even with gloves.

The fresh air and being outside should help you sleep. Yes, winter is almost here. I'm seeing snowflakes on the weather forecast for the end of this week.

It is pretty cold here in the southeastern part of the United States. I love it though. After we had a couple of years in New York, I can only imagine that winter in Canada is excruciating.

I bought some bulbs on clearance but doubt that they will make it into the ground this year. I normally wait until spring to do most of my pruning. My one mum I got this year should bloom till December or so depending on the snow.
