Yes, I've been walking atleast once a day. Today I walked twice which totaled around five miles. I'm still not at my goal of 65 minutes according to the app, but I've walked more than 65 minutes taking into consideration the times when I didn't have my phone. I really didn't feel like going for a walk this afternoon but I made myself. I walked a block and a half then came back and walked up and down my road several times. We don't have but a few steps to get into the house, but I walked up and down those a few times before going in the door. Tomorrow and Tuesday it's supposed to rain, did I mention that already? Well, if I didn't, it is. If it does then I'll just have to walk a half a dozen times inside. It was 35 degrees this morning when I went out for my first walk.

I need to be more motivated. Here lately it's all I can do to stay out for longer. Usually I just want to get done and get back in to be lazy.

Good job sticking to it and walking daily. It would be good if I even walked ten minutes a day.

I put on some music, put in my headphones and just concentrated on the music more than the movements. I have been bad about not walking for far too long.

Keep up your walking. I miss getting mine in can’t leave my boyfriend alone yet he can’t get up by himself out of his chair. Once he can I will be starting to do my walks again and I can’t wait. Since doing my walks and working out at the physical therapy place I have lost 14 pounds and I am under 200 now I am so happy.

I am trying to get under that amount myself. I have 15 lbs to go. I've been drinking a cup of hot lemon water every day to help jump start my metabolism. I've also been drinking turmeric tea for that reason and for general health. I hope you get to start walking again soon. I am not sure what I will do once it gets too cold to walk. I might just walk up and down my road a half dozen times so I'll be close to the house and not get too cold.

It's rainy here today. I haven't walked at all, though I did go out to a few stores so I guess I have walked a little. I have done laundry, I need to do the vacuuming and some dusting. I love re-arranging things, atleast once the chore is done.

Yey! Continue doing it, Amber. It is good for your health. How I wish I can do some walking, too. But I hate where I live. Our neighbors are kind of annoying/nosy. Plus, I get palpitations right after doing a simple exercise.

I can understand not wanting to go out when the neighbors are so nosy! Have you considered getting an exercise bike? That way you can exercise and you will be at home if you get too winded or have trouble with your heart.

Walking is a great exercise and really good for health. It's more beautiful if you can walk on a place free from traffic of cars and inside nature. Anyway, you are doing well.

My neighborhood doesn't have much traffic coming through it, atleast in the hours I walk. Though there is a beautiful park in my neighborhood that I go to occasionally. It has a creek that runs through it.

Yes, I am thankful for the use of my legs and I am doing all in my power to keep myself active and healthy. I know some who aren't able to walk anymore, and are having to live in assisted care.

Yes walking is a good exercise but I don't like to work a long distance continuously. It's better to walk in the morning or evening for exercise purpose.

Yes, I try to walk in the morning or mid afternoon and then again in the evening before it gets dark.

I walk up and down our street multiple times every day with the dog. I usually do at least 3 miles all together.

I don't have any furbabies to walk and even when I dogsit for family, their pets are all yard trained so I don't need to be too mindful of them.

It's about getting out there and starting it. Eventually you get into a routine and it becomes second nature. That's how I am treating it atleast.

It was around 49-51 degrees when I left my apartment to walk to church. Not too bad and feels a bit like autumn to me. Stay dry for rain. Nice job on the walk.

I wore a tank top, thick but warm night shirt and a hoodie this morning. I had on a pair of leggings but I was warm enough that the bit of chill felt nice. Yeah, I don't think I'll walk in the rain at all. I've walked when it was just drizzling, but this is expected to be worse.

I really need to, even though my feet hurt. I think it's just one of those aging things I'm going to have to deal with going forward. I don't have any illusions about it making me lose weight, but the exercise will be good for me in other ways.
