Getting in shape.

My body's in a state of a need of improvement. My cousin told me that I was getting fatter as the last time he saw me. Well I can't avoid that much cause I was stress eating. Now I'm trying to do some push-ups and sit-ups. I can't do dumbbells and barbells cause I have a medical condition called scoliosis where my spinal cord is bent s-shape. Hope i can trim down the fats I have been storing for long while. What are your daily routine?

It's good that you have motivated yourself with your exercise routine. I too am not motivated doing it that is why I am in a bad shape myself. I hope I can get the motivation you have too to shape up.

I think your staying on the computer for too long. You need to sometimes exercise for awhile. Sitting for too long decreases our lifespan, I don't know how much but I've read an article about that. Risk of heart diseases is also one of the medical condition you can get from that.

I try to walk everyday. A little bit crunches. I am hoping to walk more and exercise more

I do the same too. Whenever my body is accustomed with the frequency of the exercise I try to extend more.

You will be able to. Just stay consistent. I am trying to shed down weight as well that too at home.

No exercise for me as I always get palpitations right after doing a simple exercise. I just stay healthy by eating the right kinds of food (sometimes). Lol and by drinking lemon water, apple cider and decaf tea every day

You might try just a little walking so you won't get palpitations. Harsh exercises are not good for you. It's good that you eat the right kind of food and cleanse yourself.

Hey Dave! I feel you. I know when I’m getting fat when my grandma who loves to feed me started asking how much I weighed. I’ve done some sit ups and planks today.

@flapiz There are people who look young even when they are old. Age is just a number I guess haha, Base on your profile pic and the pic you have shown with your bf I guess I could say your not that fat. You could burn that calories in just no time.

The key is to watch what you are eating--cut back on carbs and eat more protein and vegetables. That will have more of an impact than exercise, believe it or not.
