What exactly counts as a "tremendous victory"?

Donald Trump reckons that he has scored a "tremendous victory" on the grounds of an increased Republican majority in the Senate, despite losing control of the House of Representatives. If that is a tremendous victory, I wonder what he would have said if the Republicans had had a thumping win in both the House and the Senate!

He lies all the time, so why not one more?

If it's only one more lie that would be something, but we all know that that is highly unlikely!

Trump has shown himself to be a moral reprobate, indeed boasted of it. It is in no way surprising that he adds another blatant lie to his already towering pile of untruths.
