I have already contacted their customer support, but in vain..
Actually I have a SIM and I have ported with another SIM.. And after porting it is not working properly..

@saumitra1 Porting your existing number to another provider is perfectly normal and legal. It sounds as if the package didn't update the data part with your new (=old) number. That's a support issue. Call them again. Be nice but firm and tell them the problem and its history in full detail. Assure them that you KNOW they can solve it.
