My internet pack is not working....

My internet pack is not working properly.. I have a mobile phone and I have a 4g phone SIM.. I have free internet connection of 3 months pack..But it is not working..I don't know what to do..

I have already contacted their customer support, but in vain.. Actually I have a SIM and I have ported with another SIM.. And after porting it is not working properly..

@saumitra1 Porting your existing number to another provider is perfectly normal and legal. It sounds as if the package didn't update the data part with your new (=old) number. That's a support issue. Call them again. Be nice but firm and tell them the problem and its history in full detail. Assure them that you KNOW they can solve it.

Porting might take 24hrs. Call support again just to make sure it was done properly.
