WHY SOME PEOPLE ARE NEVER CLEAN.

Working with different nationalities from all over the world, I dont understand why people cannot be clean, their children, their homes and the man has to maintain himself to go to office in clean, iron clothes and polished shoes. Moreover sometimes they invite you for a party or God you dont feel like having a glass of water. Some of them are highly educated but not studied to keep their homes clean. It is laziness but what happens to the growing children. What are they studying from their mummies.
