Establishing goals

To get where I’m going I’ve started to write 8 short term goals and 8 long term goals. I was pursuing to get all my short term goals to be done before 2019 comes. It’s not that easy but I’m sure with hard work and wit I can get these things done. First of all my health should come first, I started try doing 10 pushups and sit ups for 6 cycles at first and I easily panted off, now I can do 20 push ups and sit ups for 6 cycles, I think my body is acclimating to the exercise I’ve been putting through, what a progress.
Then I’ve really try some vigorous writing to make my mind more occupied, I bet it exercise my mind also. So as I fortify my physical and mental health, I’m trying to make my social health good also. I’ve start talking with my brother-in-law about things we like, the topics where more about business, experiences and jokes.

@debjani1 It's better to list your goals and slash it afterwards after completing the task, it gives you a rewarding feeling. It's like hey i'm done with stage 1 better go to stage 2.
