Symbiosis is defined in greek as the “living together.” It’s more of how we live together as specie. Some specie abuse this living together to gain benefits from the other and harm them, that’s what we call parasitism, and commensalism on the other hand if they just benefit from them without harming. If we want to live in harmony we want more of the mutualism type where both parties benefit from each other, in layman’s term it’s about give and take.
In order to attain peace we need more of being the interdependent type of person. Where one can be flexible with or without the accompaniment of the other. It takes discipline to attain this but it’s possible, we need one another but we need also some time being alone and to meditate. To be with someone and to be with oneself is equal in terms of importance. Don’t be a pushover over being too reliant, your friends need to take time too, being alone. Don’t be too alone, socialization is important too, I’ve read an article where when you are with a friend it’s equal too as exercising. Let us practice our interdependency so we will not be the destructive type of person.

Balance in life is truly important. Some time alone in solitude, some pleasant time with friends. It is hard to achieve at times but we have to try.

Agree. There is no absolutism in this life, we just need to try, recuperate for the past mistakes and move-on.

@yoalldudes It's okay as long as you are aware of it and you know how to deal with your mistakes.

It is a nice concept of balance in how to handle life. But in reality it is hard to achieve because we have the tendency to be on side or the other side of it. But I think it can be achieve if we are made aware of it and we constantly keep watch where we stand and where we should be at the moment.

@dave121495 I think it totally depends on each and individuals situation. There is no exact formula to achieve that balance. It might be different from you and me that is why those bookbased ideas are just ideals which you have to adopt on your own unique situation and may have a different approach to achieve it.

In actuality really it's hard to maintain it, in fact many bookbased ideas are not actually implemented when it comes too the actual procedure. You are right we need to be constantly aware and to keep watch on where we stand.
