Hi Mylot friends! It's bonus time here at the Philippines! But not all companies give their employees bonuses this early. Some take until December but some are early givers. My bonus just gets off into paying bills, yeah mostly bills or some emergency debts. But it sure helps me well in times like this.Then I just buy gifts for my child and my husband. How about you guys? Do you get your bonuses early?

i don't get any bonuses, but i'm looking forward that i'm going to get a call from the job I was applying.

Yeah, it's bonus time and for government workers, it's actually the time for giving out their 14th month pay and the extra cash bonus of 2,500 ( half of which they got at the midyear when they got their 13th month. Other LGU's give their workers they call financial assistance which ranges from 10 thousand to 100 thousand. whewww

Yes that's true. My husband works with the government so he's richer than me. Hahaha.

@rairaianne14 , yes especially if he is with a LGU, but with National Agencies extra is only 5,000.

@florelway And I've read one shared post in FB that your LGU is giving 15th month also to their employees.

@rairaianne14 Good for you.... For us we have to wait for the decision of the Board if they would allow us to be given additional bonus besides the half of 13th mo.

We do not get any bonus from our employer on the occasion of Christmas. Bonus is distributed here on the occasion of festival of Dusherra/Diwali.
