my favourite food, goat meat satay

yesterday, after working, i felt so hungry. then i went to a "warung" local restaurant which sells goat satay. since i was kid, i like eating goat satay than other meat, even now i know it is bad meat because classified as "red" meat.

There isn't a lot of goat meat on offer in Australia. It hasn't really caught on yet.

@nawala123 We do have a lot of goats and many are for meat so I suppose we must export them but I'm really not sure.

@nawala123 There are many ways we cooked it here there are local dishes like "Kilawen", "Dinakdakan", "Papait", "Kaldereta" and "Sinigang"...That's why if we are to butcher a goat not a single part of it goes to waste...but surely like that satay......
