Brisk morning walk!!

Hello everyone! Due to some offline works I was not active for some days! Glad I'm free now !! It's 8:15 A.M here. Just came back home after having a brisk morning walk .I feel so refreshed after having a morning walk. It makes me feel energetic throughout the day and it helps me to stay fit and healthy. Now about to have a cup of hot coffee in the chill climate. Woww!!
Do you walk everyday? What are the ways you take to keep yourself fit and healthy?

That is so nice that you get to have a brisk morning walk everyday. That's what the doctor wants , walking for at least 30 minutes.
Since, I can't do mine, I do some exercises, at our bedroom's lobby, while hubby sleeps. It's enough to make me sweat and hot , before I take a bath. The short exercise takes away whatever lethargy I may be feeling when I woke up.

Walking is a great way to get the blood flowing and keep the heart healthy. And it's easy on the body too.

@Iamkitty Oh yes. I live near the beach so I walk the boardwalk often. Nice scenery while getting my exercise.

I miss doing walks in the morning. But recently, it's been very hard to sleep early at night.
