Healthy food or physical exercise?

I was thinking we all should be exercising to keep our bodies fit and free of sickness but again I think eating a healthy diet is enough.

Eating food with proper exercise keeps you healthy in every respect. If you utilise the body after eating food then it's enough for you.

it works hand in hand. When I was in the military I lost a ton of weight while still eating what I wanted but I was working out at least 2 to 3 times a day. I also lost weight by eating lightly but it was slowly. But I loved the physical aspects of working out.But now I can't work out because of my injuries and been gaining much more back. And it sucks :(

Both are important as you need food while you burn your fats and tear your muscles while you workout. Always remember that food is necessary for the muscles to grow especially the proteins it contains. Proper sleep is also needed.
