Need to be strict!

Good morning
I had decided to do maintain my diet and workout routine but things are not going as planned. I'm able to follow workout on a regular basis but my dieting schedule tends to shift a lot And that is not making me reduce weight I need to become really strict with myself since only thing won't help in reducing weight. I'll take care from today on the diet part.
Today,
1. I have to meet my friend.
2. I have to do workout.
3. Be observant of my diet.
What are your plans for today?

i ate a bowl full of corn grains and soaked with vinegar that my lips are now turning white. i will drink water later because the acid of the vinegar might affect my gastric mucosa

@shubhu3 Look for alternative like drink a lot of water if you are really hungry so you can avoid eating food. It's a good strategy.

Football games are on, which is what my dad will consist of for the most part..and I never made flourless peanut butter cookies, I will plan to do that today.

I am working around the house and cooking. I try to be sure to eat healthy foods, but I do not exclude anything and I just watch my portions. We are getting things ready for our Thanksgiving trip.

Well indeed, maintaining a diet needs strict discipline for oneself.
I have to focus on office works and preparing for an exam which is due in December.
