Hello everyone, For me it is 1:30 in the A.M. and I am getting ready to get some sleep. I have enjoyed sharing an art design before I get offline for the night, so I am back to do so right now. This is a design I just made tonight (well technically last night). I made it in Gimp, as always....and edited a bit in BeFunky. What do you all think of this reflection design? I thought I would add a horse this time rather than people. I haven't used animals in my art in a while, so seemed it was time. I hope you all have a great night, or day...depending what time it is where you are!

I love the ripples of water in the reflection of the horse. Great job, and the colors are magnificent! Years ago, on Christmas Eve, I took the kids to the late night church service, and we got out just around midnight. As we were driving home, there was a bright flash in the sky and then the entire sky turned green like in your painting. My first thought was that a transformer blew, but the sky stayed lit up like that for a good 15 minutes, so I knew it wasn't that. My next thought was that there was a nuclear detonation somewhere, but there was no tell-tale sign of a mushroom cloud. I just told the kids it was Santa entering earth's atmosphere as he made his way around the world. They were mesmerized, and still talk about it to this day (they're both older teens now). I never did figure out what caused the entire sky to light up green like that.

@MommyOfEli2013 Maybe there was a meltdown at a local nuclear reactor! haha

Thank you very much, I wanted to make it look as close to water as I could. And I love playing around with color :) That's an awesome story, thank you for sharing! I have no idea what would make the sky light up green...I have never seen that happen before! Very cool though!
