Challenging times!

Evening everyone. I'm having mood swings I don't know why and am not able to stop them. I don't feel like calling any of my friend they all would be busy I don't know what to do. I don't feel good. Painting may help but I am not getting the vibe to paint even Music won't help right now. Any suggestions?

We don't have a beach nearby. I can walk. That's a good idea. Thank You. Will go upstairs and will walk on the terrace.
