Do you find flights freezing cold?

I don't long airplane journeys too cold for comfort. I'm not a frequent traveller, but the journeys that are more than 5 hours or so seem to be very cold even with blankets and a sweater. I must admit I'm from a warm place and generally dislike the cold. Are long haul flights kept cold for a reason?

I don't know if it is deliberate but I sometimes find flights are cold too. However I'd rather be cold than too hot.

A warm flight can be a killer. I've heard horror stories of air-conditioning failing on flights!!

Umm I have experienced this too. The temperature sometimes is really low in flights.

I'll ask the flight attendants about their temperature setting next time.
