I’m a full blooded introvert, my personality test and self realization says so. Being so, I had a hard time socializing with someone, I’m too dense to even talk. Now I’m trying to change cause my job need it so. I need to adapt to thrive in this jungle of socializing. Are you introvert or extrovert? How do you cope with the world?

Are you sure you're using the terms correctly? If you have a hard time socialising with someone, you are an *INTROVERT*, not an extrovert.
I don't think that you have to shift a paradigm - whatever you mean by that - but change your character. How that would be possible is something I don't know.

@dave121495 Please check your post. You've written, "I'm a full blooded ***extrovert***..." This doesn't make sense, does it? You've confused the terms.
You can always correct a post.

@dave121495 True it’s hard to conform with the norm. If you don’t you will be tagged as antisocial person and will be shunned away.
