Thanksgiving this week. What do you do with all the left over on this.
You can make wonderful turkey sandwich or cut them and and do small bits.
By doing this make sure you get the right type of artisan bread
Make one giant sandwich with all the extra. You can cut them small they make great appetizer
Every thing is better as a sandwich.Give it a try.

Is there any specific date of thanks giving day? How long is it continue? One great sandwich can be divided among many members. So enjoy the day.

It would really be wonderful to have those left-over as filling for a bread. Put some lettuce under the filling then mayo, mustard and some hot sauce also, and you have a delicious sandwich for you and everyone in the house.

Smorgasborg casseroles tend to be on the menu after Thanksgiving, along with chipped turkey on bread and a variety of other things...and usually a turkey noodle soup depending on if I have or someone gives me a carcass. Either way...around our house there is ALWAYS an overabundance of food. One wonders who we think is actually going to eat when we cook it all. We tend to do a turkey, a ham, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, sweet potatos, sweet potato casserole. hash brown casserole, green been casserole, dinner rolls, pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Fireball whisky cake, and God knows what else. But it's quite the spread.

We do Thanksgiving at my brother's house, and we eat all day. I tend not to bring home any leftovers. That is the reason we buy a turkey to eat at home. We like eating turkey many ways. I have seen online to make "roll ups" with tortillas, stuffed with turkey and cranberry and everything else. That is a good finger food as well.

I usually do a variety of things with them, a sandwich or two being one. I don't expect to have that many this year, but we will see..I am sure there will be some.
