You still do not seem to know how myLot works

I used to try and comment on those one word responses but I will no longer do it. Neither will I 'like' them.

@MALUSE There are several discussions that do not interest me and I too move on but there will be others who would finding them interesting.

Atleast the first response should have some substance to enable a comment.

@allknowing Yeah true. Something that I've noticed a lot that does bother me a little is when I see people asking a question that they really want to know, but the poster will only "like" their comment and not answer. I don't know why some won't answer another's question. I've had it happen to me a bit and I'm wondering why they won't answer my question that is related to their post. As if they just don't want to talk about it anymore. Don't know. But if they answered, it would help keep the conversation going.

@VivaLaDani13 Exceptions may be but there are some who make it a rule to post one word responses.

I will not even like them in the future specially from those who have been here for many years. (lol)

Good riddance of bad rubbish (lol) is what I would say even if they decide to block. They lose too. In fact they can respond although they could be rude comments but the OP earns (lol)

@allknowing Yes, I have noticed that. For some people it seem to be a habit, and it is hard to comment on really short responses or comments.

I am not talking of situations but there are a few here who have made it a habit to wind up with a one or two word response

When we are so dependent on socialising here a pleasant chat is what we look forward apart from the earnings it generates.

@allknowing so true. We learn many things from our fellow Mylotters through interaction and it is good because we would know how it is in the other side of the world.

As I have just commented elsewhere here, there are exceptions and we all come under that category sometimes but there are a few here who only interact by putting those one or two word phrases.

@allknowing And I remember someone from here who always respond to me - Thank you my friend. And to be honest, it's kind of annoying because you wanted to add something to that interaction but he already ends it.

myLot as I said is all about interaction. Sometimes there can be a chain of interesting interactions but atleast the first response could be such that warrants a comment.

@allknowing but after I observe it turns out they respond a lot in posts that have a little reading, because they won't take long to read

You can always close a discussion with a 'like'. I do that many times.

Obviously you cannot just stop with a wow and expect a great comment on that

"And they lived happily ever after" kind of ending. Right (lol)?

If you come across copy/paste situations you can always report.

When their bank does not move rather than improve their participation here they just leave.

When there is a chain of responses one can end it with a ;like;. Atleast the first response should be worthy of a comment.
