What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
We are having pan seared pork chops with Penzey's pork chop seasoning rubbed on them. To go with them I'm making garlic mashed cauliflower and the Iceberg Wedge Salad with Pickled Shallots from the Now & Again cookbook. It is an easy enough meal to throw together but it should be pretty good.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

That's a wonderful dinner, it sounds delicious! Tonight's dinner was fried Walleye, baked beans, and cole slaw. Odd combination? Yup, I quite often do this:(

@NJChicaa The walleye was from our freezer, Jay and his friend caught them during the summer.

Pork chops sound good! I don't know how to make mashed cauliflower taste good unfortunately...but hope you enjoy!
Not sure what we are having yet. Nothing really sounds good.

@NJChicaa I think for me I just can't stand the texture of cauliflower. I don't think it's even a taste thing for me (and that goes with a lot of veggies). But that sounds like a good way to make them

I've had some normative food made of soy chunks and chips. It was very nice
