I made harvest earlier than that but it wasn't enough to fill the Jar. Just enough to supplement with my soup w/ okra. But now it's time to add more.
This is two bundles I just put them together to dry. I don't want to fry it like what others do, it would just smell like coffee. So I resort to paper bags, thanks to this woman.
Usually it takes one to two weeks of wait before I turn it into powder because it wanted it crispy dry.
Good morning

Do you just air dry your moringga or do you have a sun dryer?

Hello @louievill If i exposed them in air the ants will roam over them. So I put them inside the paper bag and let it dry from there.

I think that is nice idea, the preserving of malunggay leaves, we usually just harvest when we need it.

Hello @ilocosboy It was removing the liquid until it becomes dry because it has more concentration of vitamins that way.
