I mean a feast of discussions to respond to. I am having fun visiting with you all.
We did have a feast for Thanksgiving as well: turkey, and ham, two kinds of dressing.Gravy for those who wanted it.
Mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, broccoli cheese casserole, corn casserole, corn, raw veggies, pickles and olives and deviled eggs. Cranberry sauce: canned jellied, and home made whole berry. Also a cranberry salad and a lemon jello salad. Oh, and way too many desserts. And rolls.
EDIT How could I forget pea salad!! I even had it for breakfast the next day.
We also "feasted" in the presence of family.
I hope you had a good one.

We did not have quite as many this year as we do sometimes. Not quite so many goodies either, and that was just okay.

I love that most of the younger generation, except my kids, could come.

@MommyOfEli2013 Daughter in law had to work, and so so was going to come but decided to be with his wife. I am okay with that. My daughter and her family live about twelve hours away from where we get together.

That's what we forgot. Deviled eggs. We will do them for Christmas.

Great niece and room mate did these. She said she wanted a reason to use a piping bag since she never had.

When many people share the prep work it is a lot of fun and leaves time for visiting as well.

I am too. We went to bed and left a crew still playing board games half the night.

Only about sixteen people on the day itself. More were coming on Friday.
