A very interesting story from Mandeville Louisiana which is called the North Shore by the natives of the South Louisiana area.
Harold and Tine Ehrenberg were getting their home ready before Thanksgiving since they were expecting their relatives to visit them on Thursday.
The couple found some lottery tickets that they purchased in June of this year that were not checked to see if they won any prizes.
One of the Louisiana Lottery tickets showed that they won $1.8 million dollars.
The Ehrenbergs were lucky to cash in their ticket since the winning lottery would have expired in two weeks.
After the couple paid state and Federal taxes, they were paid $1.274,313 dollars.
The couple insist that they save their lottery winnings as their retirement fund.

Lucky them! Although I could not wait months to look at a lottery ticket had I bought one.

Neither could I since I like to see if I won a prize after buying a lottery ticket.

That is true or that couple would be regretting that decision not to check the numbers of the lottery ticket before the expiration date.
