Media tends to feed us with negative news to grab our attention. Because we are more interested in listening something bad happened. For example, xx number of people died, inflation increased, corruption is everywhere etc.
Do you agree that media deliberately shows negative news and provide us with negativity and disappointments to gain rating and make money.

I believe they also shows positive things. It just so happened that more bad things happened and they must update people to be aware of things they needed to know and understand

Should they also report the divorce between 2 people which has no affect on the lives of general public?

@m_audrey6788 Also what someone said about whom and then in reply that person replied what? All the arguments running between celebrities against each other, creating fights and discord between people. This is what media deliberately does.

No, it is not for money only but to keep the people informed; and for them to think or take action for the better. But be cautious of the kind of "media" because there are so many fake news now, and they are influencing a lot of people.

I think so because as you have said that's what the people want to hear, to know and to be informed. Deliver good development news and only few people get connected, feed with negative and there will be many reactions.

I guess they just want you to be aware of what's happening around you.
