Treadmill Time Today

I have been on the treadmill every day since the temperatures got too chilly to walk outside. Some neighbors still walk their dogs around the block no matter how cold it gets. But I have two cats and they do not like to be walked. ha! So I get on my treadmill and look out the window and watch the dogs and walkers go by.
Could not resist sharing this photo. One of my cats (Brendel) sits beside me while I am on the treadmill. Dude stays in the other room. They are such opposites.
I feel so much better when I am done, even if I don't get outside. I still go out in the screen room for a few minutes to cool off. With the temperatures in the 30s it doesn't take long to cool off. Another day is done.

I went to get the mail. I walk to the mailbox. Lily (my cat) went out with me. She's my little bodyguard sometimes. I thought she was going to stay out, but she came in.

You are so dedicated to sticking to your exercise. I have been very lazy. I need to dust my treadmill off for the days when I don't get outside. I would rather go outside no matter how cold, but only safe when it is light out.
Love the cartoon. Our cat hasn't done that so far.

I don't blame you for being inside and not going out in the weather. That is nice that you have a treadmill and at least one of cats wants to be with you when you do it. I wonder if Sophie would want to be on it I can laugh at the photo but if had a cat doing that I would not be happy. Cats love toilet paper unless it is away from them.

That's good, and great to get the exercise in. I really need to be consistent with doing that myself. I should be able to get a work out in on Wednesday!
