How can I help my 11yr old daughter who is afraid of growing up.

Tell her about bible stories that might change her about real life on earth how wonderful is it.

Tell her naturally, you will get used to it. And whatever happens will make you into the woman you will be and that it can be a very nice experience growing up. Tell her that sometimes she won't feel happy and sometimes she will, tell her that she has already started and it wont be any different from what shes going through now, only she will be more independent and she will find out things about the world and that not everything is all happy and nice and that some things are. =)

Take her to some granny and granny will be able to tell her like a story and that may convince your daughter.
