I look PALE!

Since I have not been feeling well for a week now and my taste buds are still not good (appetite bad), I think I need some assistance in standing and ambulating because my knees shake.
Though I am the fairest in complexion among us siblings, I now look pale as I check on my conjunctivae and palms.
This is also observed by my colleagues and students yesterday.
I like to regain my appetite that is why even though I can't taste the food, I eat. Last night for my dinner in the hospital, I munched some spicy food to stimulate salivation.
Yes, even nurses get sick too.

i agree with you. teachers, though already at home, cannot just rest or relax because they have many home work yet to accomplish.

It is a wonder nurses do not get sick more often, as much as they are exposed to germs.

yes it should be. i don't even use a face mask when i go on duty at medical ward because i believe we can still expose ourselves with different viruses and our bodies can produce antibodies to fight off the viruses in our system

Maybe you need to rest, you must be tired or something. Well, you need more sleep and medication i think.

i cannot just take in medications without my doctor's prescription. i am taking the mucolytic prescribed to me and the cough is easing since yesterday.
yes, i feel so tired that my knees shake. i had to hold the arm of my male students when we pass through the aisle full of patients.

Get well soon kabsat.
The good thing about being nurse is that you know what to do to regain your strengths.
