Three more days and it's Basty's Birthday.
I'm the one who does the planning.
My Father gave us something to prepare for his small Birthday party.
The plans are, we are going to invite kids from the neighborhood for rice noodles with loaf bread, and a juice. Then for dinner, we only have fried chicken and chicken curry.
Later this afternoon, the boyfriend will accompany me to buy Happy Birthday banners, number 6 balloon, and balloons.
Nothing fancy though just a small gathering with siblings and their Families.

Will you still be the one to go out and buy the banners and balloons when you said that it's even very difficult for you to stand? Can Basty's mother not do it herself?

We don't know Basty's whereabouts. Basty's been us for 6 months and we are the one who takes care of him until he is 6 years old now.
His Father is my 4th Brother and he doesn't have a decent work.
I am the only one providing him everything when it comes to his school.
I'm with the boyfriend when I did the buying.

I prefer simple gatherings now.. But when I was still small, my mother used to invite lots of kids, parents and teachers to come and celebrate my birthday... That was in my elementary years. But as I grew older, we just cook for the family and sometimes,we just go out and dine and that's it..
I even don't want to celebrate my birthday now but my mother still insists that we have a simple celebration...

The worst part of throwing a party is when the party is over...

What is important is that we have fun and enjoy irrespective of the pomp and show.

It sounds like a nice party. Yes, I prefer small to large.
