Hi, all, I want to share some of what we learned yesterday at the first kaballah class.
Everywhere we go, we notice people do what they do to enjoy.
Almost no one does something if it doesn't make him feel good, something useful must come out of it or else, why will the person want to do it?
Children like playing games, eat sweets, they do what they want to do and they like to enjoy.
When we taste a new fruit, if we like it, we eat it, it feels good, then when we have enough, it doesn't make us feel good anymore, we let it go, and after some time, we want it again when we are hungry.
The will to enjoy has some levels, stages of evolving : first is the will to basic needs like food, reproduction, materialistic will, the next stage is that we want to have respect, to be respected, so no one will laugh at us, to be treated equally or even better.
The third stage is the will for knowledge, we want to understand how things work, learn new things we can have fun from, useful things...
Then, there comes a moment that we feel that none of the earlier things can fill our needs no more, we start wandering what is life for, what is it all about, we feel that there is more we can have, something that can satisfy us completly.
I suggest we start to develop some awareness and sensitivity to that will to enjoy, look how it makes people do what they do, drink water, eat, chat in whatsapp, read a book, give something to someone. It all comes from the will to enjoy.

There are groups who teach the kaballah wisdom, like where Madona the singer learns.
It is a wisdom written by people who achieved a level of...how can I explain it...
When we do something, we do it for ourselves to enjoy, and like there is light and darkness, negative rlectric charge (electron) and positive electric charge (proton) there is the will to give and the will to get, selfish and it's opposite.
The kaballah teaches how to feel the opposite of selfishness. That is the thing we can almost not understand, this is feeling the reality outside of myself. It helps to feel how we are all connected in a way we now don't feel and don't understand. When we all feel it, we will feel connected to everyone, understand the thing that have made everything, this thing has no end, this is eternal, not limited, it is above place, motion and time.
Well, we read some of the writings made by people who achieved that feeling, we talk about it. We try to be united in heart, to think about the favour of the friends.

@Nakitakona it is just a class for anyone who wants, for the free time. It is not a part of any curriculum. It is also not a part of the religion.
Dr. Michael Laitman has a blog, he started a big institute that teaches the kaballah. I learn there once a week. They have a tv channel, youtube channels, a website, blogs...

@stringer321 That's or those are things that are taught in Kaballah. Is it an educational institution? Is it a curriculum in a certain school? Is it a seminary or Institute of Religion?

Almost everything that you do automatically, is something that you do to make you feel good. Changing position on the chair, on the bed, eating something, drinking...or else why would you do that ?
Just be aware for that, see how it works.

@Nevena83 I had 2 weeks of hard time finding an explanation. Sorry for the huge delay.
If for example, someone got good luck and he got something good like he won the lottery. Lets asume he feels he doesn't deserves it. It is also comes from the will to enjoy because, he was told maybe that being rich without working hard is bad, or bring rich where many others are poor, is wrong. The man has bad feelings about his prize. He wants to feel good so he feels he doesn't deserv the prize he won.
Even if someone knows what his heart wants deep inside and the man does exactly the opposite of what his heart wants, it is also comes from the will to enjoy. He tries to trick the will to enjoy and show some actions are not from the will to enjoy...alas, he did what he did to feel stronger and to enjoy by that. The will to enjoy also was the reason for his opposite action. No metter what the man does, it comes from the will to enjoy.

@stringer321 Interesting. I did not think that way. But why is it sometimes hard for me to enjoy, thinking that I did not deserve, or that it is more necessary to my child than to me ...?

That is interesting that you are learning about kabala. How long have you been doing it? I have a suggestion that you put a link about kabala. I sure most of the people do not know what kabala is.
