My husband and I went to see "Bohemian Rhapsody" at the theater the other day. It was a very well done movie about Freddie Mercury and Queen. When I got home, I found this article online about how he left his Estate to his life time girl friend Mary Austin. Even though he was Gay, he still had a true love for his first girl friend. He called her the love of his life. She inherited the estate and still lives there. She has had to endure the fans who still flock to see where the legendary singer lived. What is interesting is that Freddie Mercury begged her before his death of Aids that he trusted her to bury his ashes in a hidden spot not to be known by anyone. She did what he said and to this day, no one knows where his ashes lay. The reason he wanted it kept secret was because he was fearful his resting place would be defiled, since he was so famous.
