What are your thoughts on the Keto diet? Do you think it’s safe and practical for long term?

Some say they have lost their mensural cycle. For a sustainable and long-term result, I would suggest balanced food(local, seasonal) and slow weight loss(with exercise)

I checked only a few days ago because someone mentioned the diet here. Some studies, suggest that a ketogenic diet is safe for significantly overweight or obese people. However, clinical reviews point out that patients on low-carbohydrate diets regain some of their lost weight within a year. It happens with every diet.

Why don't you explain what kind of diet this is? Do you expect every member of this site to know it?

A Dr is the best person to answer that! All people have different dietary needs and foods good or bad for them. The brain and a few other organs Need carbs to function right.

I saw a list of stuff they eat and don't eat and it strikes me as weird... Do your research, you are what you eat..
