I worked all day cleaning up my house, I did not get finished either. So I needed something fast and I had something I do not have often. I cooked two steaks, well done of course, and a huge salad, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, carrots and purple cabbage. drizzled ranch over the top. The red meat made my tummy hurt a little. Then I chopped up apples, pears, grapes, cherries, opens a can of mandrain oranges, pineapple and topped with coconut. It all chilling in the fridge while I am chillin in the living room. Did you have anything yummy for dinner?

@andriaperry I am starting to love that thing for that reason. It is getting to where I never use the stove.

There was fried fish that made a good accompaniment to vegetable, lintel and rice.

Steak sounds good, I bought some at the store today to have sometime this week. For dinner I made a low carb chili (no beans) in the crockpot. It was pretty good. I will start having my green smoothies in January.

Your supper sounds good. We had pulled pork on naans, with French fries and brownies for dessert.

I bought Tony a smoked pork butt for $20 on Saturday, I got 4 quarts of meat and he ate twice off of it. U froze it for future fast meals for him, I won`t eat it. I used to but the smell of meats makes me sickly.

A frozen dinner of some sort. Heh. But your fruit salad sounded so good that I will have that at our house soon. Best wishes, Lucas.
