Tonight I made a new art design, and I would love to share it with you all.
This is a rainbow romance design. I started by using a rainbow background effect from Photo Mania. Then, I did the rest in Gimp like I always do.
What do you think of the background? How about the other elements of the piece? I would love to know your thoughts as always!

I have never learned to design a photo background like what you have
But I really like to edit photos of my child, I think it's a very interesting thing to learn.
