Food supplements can't cure?

A billion dollar industry. I have taken a number of them. There are also thousands of specialists endorsing them. Nonetheless, all of them claim that we are not guaranteed to be cured. Why spend a buck for them?

Those can't 100% cure but they can reduce or slow the effect of the disease.

@Barjeru Still the same process, it's just a supplement. Unless you'll undergo to operations (that will be a cure) There are supplements that can make the pain less and less until the operation can cure it.
