Bullying

My youngest brother was being bullied and he punched the boy bullying him. I don't know if I should tell him it's wrong and stop him from defending himself... please help me

Well my mom once reported it to the teacher and the parent but nothing happened

It's at home but they still go to the same school...the mom of that boy always says her child is not capable of doing that

Bullying is something can't be encouraged. Your brother must be felt bad and defend himself. However, tell him to report it than punishing himself.

We asked him why did that and he said that the teacher and the parent of that kid to not respond to his report
