Workout at home

I was very lazy to go to gym so I decided to do some workouts at home. I have yoga mat, kettlebell and exercise ball.
My favorite workout using kettlebell is Russian kettlebell swing. Targets: Shoulders, back, hips, glutes, legs
I use exercise ball because I cant do sit ups. (dont know why T_T)

I admire you so much, when I am lazy and skip gym I am bored at home scratching my tummy while watching bad tv all day long. And you work out at home, that makes me feel so bad! Y_Y just kidding!

The place doesnt really matter as long as you do exercise regularly.

Doing workout at home is better than gym. But you should maintain it. Daily workouts make you fit and strong.
