How will I know if he is Ban from MYLOT or not

There is a friend of mine on here and I have not been seeing him online and I try to send a message to him it is saying "this user does not allow message" something like that. so I guessed maybe he was banned or something else.
Please if he was banned how will I know ??

our account settings here at mylot have 3 options for messaging preferences. maybe that member chose "No one can message me".

yeah people suggested that yesterday and I have looked through his account it is still here maybe he doesn't allow message will be the issue.

We met on myLot actually. and I don't think myLot allows sharing any info like other social media links or number
