Christmas is just 20 days away

Jesus is the reason for Christmas, but when people become overly materialistic, that is when the spirit of Christmas dies. I don't know if you have seen commercials on tv and even on fb, there's so much out there and it's all about material things. I wonder if somebody will come up with a theme of humanity. Reminding people of homeless people, love ones in hospices, orphans, vets living alone. It's just something I wish. I am sorry to have dampen your holiday spirits, I didn't mean to.

Don't be sorry. It's a reminder everyone needs. It's just too easy to get caught up in all the gimmes and forget whose birthday we're supposed to be celebrating.

I don't think everyone will appear with the theme of humanity,   because many people are more concerned with material

There is rarely the focus on Jesus Christ but there is still the giving in which God wants His children to do. The holidays quickly come and go.
