We are in late spring here. December is usually our warmest month and my apricot tree has the apricots almost ripe. I will be able to make some apricot jam to give out for Christmas.
December is a month of lots of extra activities. I have to start decorating the tiny Christmas tree that Leticia gave me 2 years ago. Her daughter told her then that is was so small that it was shameful. But it is just to make a Christmas corner to put the presents I´m making for my loved ones.

I haven't been in any holiday mood since Halloween. My boys decided they were too ol to go out for Halloween, and since then, I just haven't been in any kind of holiday mood.

@cindiowens My youngest granddaughter is 8 now. She is not a little girl anymore. Still, Christmas is for her.

I´m mostly in Christmas mood while in the shower. As for present making, I depend on the apricot tree in my garden and the plum trees in the street in front of my house.

We are in winter here in England and spring will come next year in late March. From November to February we get cold to freezing weather. It is wonderful your apricot tree is ready for some jam making. My two children helped me decorate the Christmas trees. Next week I will begin my present buying. I am late buying presents this year. However small a Christmas tree is worth having. I wish you and your daughters a happy time this Christmas.

I am getting in the Christmas spirit marguicha! Just got out my Christmas stuff and will be decorating the tree this weekend. Wish I could send down a little dusting of snow to your warm climate, but sounds like you don't need it. Your already feeling the holiday season, lol.

mmmmm apricot jam sounds wonderful. I'm just starting to get in a Christmas mood. I still haven't put up the tree yet but I did watch a silly holiday movie last night and the radio has been playing Christmas music more and more. I'm slowly getting there!
I'm singing Christmas music in the shower, too haha! my go-to is my very loud, offkey version Mele Kalikimaka

I haven´t put up my tree yet. Leticia will bring it down (it is a tiny tree, so tiny that I place it on a side table). When it is decorated I start to make gifts to give away.
