Cold this morning with frost on the car. I have a mystery shopping venture today that is going to take me out of the area as a matter of fact I have two places to visit. It is going to be a long day. I am really dismayed about the weather report for this weekend, although ordinarily I would enjoy a bit of snow..they are predicting some possible freezing rain for this weekend..and someone unwisely decided to schedule the Christmas party for Sunday

. Saturday is usually a better day for that kind of thing. Sunday is when we are supposed to be getting the bad weather. Also my team is playing but that can be recorded. Since this event is scheduled for a public venue not too sure it could be easily rescheduled. I would hate if they didn't have it. Fingers crossed I guess.

The real cold will come with the weekend. I have been out today grocery shopping, if I do not need to go out, I will stay inside and keep warm.

Oh freezing rain is the worst. Slipping and sliding and more dangerous than driving in snow.

I remember a time I went flying in the air going out to my car on my frozen driveway. "Black ice" is a traffic accident ready to happen...

Freezing rain is the worst. Stay off the roads if possible! No precipitation in the forecast this weekend but is supposed to be lows in the single digits sadly!
