What are the Causes of allergies?

We can all of a sudden become allergic to something or anything. Try to be observant. Is it something in the surroundings? Is it something that you eat? Is is a smell. You will need to be a detective. You can also go for allergy tests which may help. I hope you find the cause and then avoid it.

Allergy is our body's reaction to substances we are sensitive to. There are a lot of allergens that we are exposed to daily from food to pollen. I think if you want to find out a specific cause or allergen of your allergy or allergies you need to see an allergist or immunologist because they would do the necessary tests.

Nice pic! I wish I had a good answer for you. I have recently discovered I am allergic to cats but also am trying to just ride it out and hope it goes away. Not sure that it works like that though!

The only thing that we can do it to make ourselves immune to the allergy, I have an allergy before when I eat spicy foods, so I keep on eating and eating spicy food and endure the pain of the allergy, so after doing it the allergy when gone and never appear again
