Right now I am avoiding fast food and as much as possible I pack my own lunch before heading to work. So far its working well for me, I can see that my endurance has improved really significantly and I always feel great. Also, I combine it with exercise and enough sleep.
So far so good, no soft drinks and stuff. The only thing I'm having a hard time eliminating is sugar since I eat some chocolates once in a while, though I'm working on totally eliminating it. Healthy living, it is what it is.
How about you, do you also start eating good food right now? Thoughts on how I can improve what I'm eating as well? Thank you and have a great day mylotters!

yup I had no choice since my work was surrounded by fastfood chains and they were easier to access. But now I am already eating and living healthy. Thanks!

this is actually better as you get to prepare your own food at home

I am so related to this post. In my case I work out 4 times a week for 2 hours per day. However I can't help eating everything I can. At home my mom makes the most delicious and sometimes greasy food, and It's like I can't fight with it :( So what I do is going back to the gym the next day and sweat by doing cardio. But here's the thing, near the gym there is this fabulous and tempting Bakery so once I get out of the gym I suffer and get tempted to go for a glazed donut. In conclusion, I wish I could help you, but I am dealing with sugar and diet too lol. PS: You're doing it great!

start by reducing your food intake, after a while you'll notice that your cravings lessens then keep it going from there
